Order Cancellations
If you purchase a collar on our website you can cancel your order before it is packaged for shipping. However, your package(s) may have already shipped even though you have not yet received a notice from us that your package(s) have shipped due to email delays or to the time it takes us to package your order and then notify you.
Order Refund
You may return an unopened, unused collar for a full refund up to 30 days from the date received. You must contact us via the 'Contact Us' page to receive a return merchandise authorization before returning the collar. No refunds will be given if merchandise is not returned.
You agree to use the collar you purchase on youfoundmypet.com in the way pet collars are normally used. Our collars are intended to be worn around the neck of your pet. Any damage to the collar as the result of misuse, abuse, or intentional destruction - such as ripping or tearing the label or collar, cutting the label or collar, exposing the label or collar to harmful chemicals, or poking holes into the label or collar - will not be replaced or refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States (USA). All advertising is intended solely for the USA market. youfoundmypet.com does not warrant that the service on this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best of our ability.
